Ajet009 vs. Infermate

By Xethylirin | Chess PGN | 24 Apr 2021

How many moves can we fit into a 10 min game? In this intricate web of moves, a resonating path of 64!

Move 15: (Nbd2, f5) The crack in the armor.

Move 17: (Qe2, Nxf1) Exploitation of the weakness winning an exchange.

From these moments, my campaign was focused on the endgame. However I was getting into time trouble.

10 min game.

Key points: opening theory, middle game exploitation, controlling the endgame, and time disadvantage

Aside from the critical (Move 15 - Move 17) this game was fairly balanced. At the 64th move, I had about 3min on my clock, and my opponent had about 5min. Fortunately Rook/Queen checkmate(s) don't require too much time.

I hope you found value in this game.
