Hello!

I would just like to write a small blurb about a decent feature that might be SUPER for Publish0x.

I know there are some greats minds on this project (tip the hat to Bainbridge and Tomić), so I'm quite sure that this idea has been tossed around in some way or another and I won't go into much detail here, but...

What about incentive to hold the coin made while here on Publish0x?  Whatever that may be. 

Perhaps a portion of the gas fees saved can be redistributed based on how much a user hodls and how long it is held. Very similar to a staking incentive. Perhaps a Publish0X token for structure and governance?
