Today I have brought you a very beautiful recipe. Which is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. And this is a traditional pitha of our area called Dim Sundari Pitha or Pantua Pitha. It has an egg in the middle and a layer of flour on top. Which is made step by step. And it is basically called Dim Sundari Pitha. It will be very time-consuming to make, but if you can make it slowly with a little time, it seems much easier. Before this, I have made Pantua Pitha several times, which were almost delicious to eat. So after a while, I made it again today. And I thought I would share this recipe with you.

Ingredients required for today's recipe

Ingredients Quantity Flour 2 cups Eggs 1 Sugar 1/3 cup Salt 1/2 teaspoon Water Quantity Pink food coloring 1/3 teaspoon

First I made the flour dough and didn't plan on making a video. But I thought if I shared the rest of the recipe with you, maybe you would like to see it.

First I took two cups of flour in a bowl. Then I added 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt to it. Then I added water little by little to make this thin mixture. After that, I added almond powder. I mixed it well again. Now I divided this mixture into two parts. In one, I used light pink food coloring.

After that, I beat an egg with salt only and fried it. After frying, I took it out separately. Then I made a round shape with a spoonful of batter in the pan. After that, I added egg in between and started folding it like a snake pitha from one side. After that, I turned it step by step to one side and then turned the pitha over and made it again. After making this a few times, I made this beautiful egg pie step by step with colorful batter and normal batter. After it cooled, I sliced ​​it. And the delicious and beautiful looking pantua pie was made.
