Hey guys, Elon Musk hits the cryptocurrency world again! After yesterday's announcement that made Bitcoin and all other currencies sink, the Tesla and SpaceX CEO in the night is back to tweet, but this time he made the price of Dogecoin rise.
"Working with Doge devs to improve transaction efficiency. Potentially promising."
It's not clear what he's referring to of course, but Musk has repeatedly "trolled" everyone with his tweets and it can't be excluded that he's doing the same in this circumstance. The fact remains that immediately after the entrepreneur's tweet, Dogecoin gained 28.17% after a day of strong declines recorded yesterday.
Price decreases continue for other cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin drops below $50,000 and loses 4.04%, Ethereum instead loses 4.76% and is available at $3,798.63. Cardano instead remains the only one in positive territory, rising 6.94% to $1.82.
Despite his updates on Twitter, Musk has not released much information about it, as well as has not followed up on the tweet a few days ago in which he announced that Tesla could accept Dogecoin as a payment method.
