I don't normally revel in other people's 'defeat' but I want to say this.
Donald Trump is likely to become the 47th US President. Good, bad, you decide. That's not my point.
I am however very happy to acknowledge, and remind everyone, that Trump's victory means at least two people lost, one of them is obviously Kamala Harris, but the other is that Ripple exec that endorsed Kamala Harris.
A few weeks ago, Ripple's co-founder (who apparently has a Publish0x account by the way, unless it's fake, which it could be) officially endorsed Kamala Harris for the 2024 US elections.
The SEC, under the current democratic administration, run by a democratic guy, has tried everything it could to throw a spanner in the works for crypto.
We know that the SEC has been suing crypto firms left and right, and we know that one of the most publicized lawsuits has indeed been the one against Ripple.
I sold XRP the moment I heard about this, and I'll never want anything to do with XRP ever again, even though I was a very early investor, I first bought XRP way back in 2016.
His decision to endorse Harris was inexplicable. And I'm glad it didn't work out for him.
