Splinterlands : Getting geared up for Genesis league Soccer.
Actually I am very happy that Splinterland's and MLSPA come together and form the partnership and a soccer based game will be a play 2 earn game for the players and it will enter into the realm of web 3.0.
It will have the governance token GLX as we have SPS in the Splinterland's game. They will have GLUSD token that can be equated to the DEC in the splinterland's game. GLGT (Genesis league Game time) token can be equated with VOUCHERs that can be used to get special promotion in the game.
As the splinterland is collaborated so the Splinterland's player who have staked SPS will get airdrop of 100 million GLX token over the period of 12 months.
Soccer is world most popular game and have almost 3.5 billion fans and so I do not think that there is dearth of fan , only enough players are needed that like to transition themselves into web3.0 and Play2Earn model.
Due to the popularity of the soccer , I guess there is lot of scope for this game to expand and I am really planning to get decent amount of GLX token when it launches and we also keep an close eye on this game.
Actually I was thinking to play sorare.com but I am more interested in game that have Hive link and MLSPA fit the bills.
Look at the CHILIZ it is t top 50 in marketcap and it is associated with soccer gaming with their fan tokens of various fan club.
I am confident that GLX also might get same love and reach the same heights. Now I am looking forward towards October 13 when Genesis team will do some announcement.
