Homemade spaghetti bolognese based on market tomato sauce - does it make sense?

[EN] Today I tried to make spaghetti bolognese with ready-made tomato sauce bought in a supermarket.

[PL] Dzisiaj spróbowałem zrobić sphagetti bolognese na bazie gotowego sosu pomidorowego kupionego w markecie.

Components

[EN] 0.3 kg of minced beef, garlic, olive oil, ready tomato sauce from the market, garlic, sphagetti noodles, grated parmesan cheese, spices, salt, pepper, oregano, basil.

[PL] 0,3 kg mielonego mięsa wołowego, czosnek, oliwa, gotowy sos pomidorowy z marketu, czosnek, makaron sphagetti, starty ser a`la parmezan, przyprawy, sól, pieprz, oregano, bazylia.

Preparation of the sauce

Przygotowanie sosu

[EN] Put a few chopped cloves of garlic on the hot oil. Fry gently to bring out the garlic's aroma, being careful not to burn it.

[PL] Na rozgrzaną oliwę wrzucamy kilka posiekanych ząbków czosnku. Podsmażamy delikatnie, aby wydobyć aromat czosnku, uważając aby go nie przypalić.

[EN] Then add the ground beef and fry until tender for several minutes. Ground meat tends to lump together, so when frying it should be gently crushed.

[PL] Następnie dodajemy zmielone mięso wołowe i smażymy do miękkości kilkanaście minut. Zmielone mięso ma tendencję do zbrylania się, dlatego podczas smażenia należy je delikatnie rozgniatać.

[EN] To the fried meat, add the ready-made sauce in a jar, spices, i.e. basil, oregano, salt and possibly pepper, or hot chili pepper. Stir until the whole boils.

[PL] Do podsmażonego mięsa dodajemy gotowy sos za słoika, przyprawy, czyli bazylia, oregano, sól i ewentualnie pieprz, lub ostrą papryczkę chili. Mieszamy, aż do momentu zagotowania się całości.

[EN] Meanwhile, cook the pasta so that it is still semi-hard. Drain, quench with cold water and add to the sauce in the pan. There, together with the sauce, heat the whole thing, checking the condition of the pasta every now and then, taking care not to overcook it.

[PL] W międzyczasie gotujemy makaron, tak aby był jeszcze półtwardy. Odcedzamy hartujemy zimną wodą i dodajemy do sosu na patelni. Tam razem z sosem podgrzewamy całość, sprawdzając co chwilę kondycję makaronu, uważając aby się nie rozgotował.

[PL] Efekt końcowy jest całkiem przyzwoity, gdy dodamy odpowiednią ilość ulubionych składników, trudno rozpoznać, że podstawę sosu stanowił słoik, a nie świeże pomidory.
