Dzisiejszy wynalazek to piwo z małego browaru Bazilio, o którym pierwszy raz słyszę. Piwo typu IPA, o zawartości alkoholu 6% i goryczce IBU 56 nie należy do najtańszych, ale wart swojej ceny - nie zawiodłem się.

Piwo jest niefiltrowane i w produkcji użyte zostały różne chmiele między innymi Simcoe, Magnat oraz citra (Amarilla), które naprawdę świetnie się komponują w tym piwie nadając mu lekko kwiatowy zapach i cytrusowy smak, ale nie pozbawiony goryczki. Dodatkowo ekstrakt z czarnej cejlońskiej herbaty wzbogaca smak tego trunku.

The only drawback I noticed is the almost complete lack of foam. When I poured the beer much warmer than the manufacturer recommended, no foam was formed, and there should have been too much of it. Well, the most important thing is that it is tasty.

Jedynym mankamentem jaki zauważyłem, to prawie całkowity brak piany. Gdy nalewałem piwo znacznie cieplejsze niż zaleca producent, piana się nie wytworzyła, a powinno być jej w nadmiarze. Cóż, najważniejsze że jest smaczne.

To sum up. A very classy beer, delicate in taste, but not without bitterness. I am in favor of this, and my wife is also a tester of this type of phenomena, confirming my opinion. Generally, if it weren't for the lack of foam, I would rate the beer 5. Without foam, 4+. Worth attention.

Podsumowując. Piwo bardzo klasowe, delikatne w smaku, lecz nie pozbawione goryczki. Ja jestem na tak, a dodatkowo testerem tego typu zjawisk jest moja żona, która potwierdza moją opinię. Generalnie, gdyby nie brak piany piwo oceniłbym na 5. Bez piany 4+. Godne uwagi.
