Kolejny nieprzyjemny dzień, ale obowiązek spaceru spełniony
Even though the temperature was around plus 10 degrees, the gusty wind significantly lowered the perceived temperature. It wasn't pleasant to walk.
Mimo iż temperatura oscylowała w granicach plus 10 stopni, to porywisty wiatr znacząco obniżał temperaturę odczuwalną. Nie było przyjemnie na spacerze.
Surprisingly, the birds did not disappoint me and showed up to feed despite the gusty wind and heavy rain. But that's all from today's attractions.
O dziwo ptaki mnie nie zawiodły, i pojawiły się na karmienie mimo porywistego wiatru i mocnego deszczu. Ale to wszystko z dzisiejszych atrakcji.
The park looked deserted. I met a few people today, mainly walkers with dogs, which unfortunately sometimes need to be taken for a walk.
Park wyglądał jak wyludniony. Kilka osób spotkałem dzisiaj, i to głównie spacerowicze z psami, które trzeba niestety czasami wyprowadzić na spacer.
Local flooding occurred. and in fact, there are a lot of puddles and larger pools throughout the park. This is quite a rare occurrence in February, which is usually dry and frosty.
Pojawiły się lokalne podtopienia,. a w zasadzie w całym parku jest sporo kałuż, i większych rozlewisk. To dość rzadkie zjawisko w lutym, który zazwyczaj bywa suchy i mroźny.
Therefore, finally, a few photos from a few weeks ago, where it was frosty but sunny, and I am still counting on such conditions this winter.
Dlatego na koniec kilka fotek z przed paru tygodni, gdzie było mroźnie ale słonecznie, i na takie klimaty jeszcze liczę w tej zimy.
