Today was a pleasant surprise. The night was mildly frosty, but the day was surprisingly warm. It hasn't been this high in weeks. In the afternoon, the thermometer showed plus 6 degrees Celsius in the shade.

Dzisiaj nastąpiło delikatne zaskoczenie. Noc bowiem była umiarkowanie mroźna, za to dzień zaskakująco ciepły. Od wielu tygodni nie było tak wysokiej temperatury. Po południu termometry pokazały plus 6 stopni w cieniu.

But that's not what makes me most happy. Signs of spring slowly approaching are visible among my plants. A kiwi seedling woke up this week and began to sprout its first leaves. I'm helping it do so by providing it with special LED lights. I think it's time to start tending to the balcony garden.

Ale nie to mnie najbardziej cieszy. Objawy zbliżającej się mozolnie wiosny widoczne są wśród moich roślinek. Sadzonka kiwi obudziła się w ty tygodniu i zaczęła wypuszczać pierwsze liście. Pomagam jej w tym doświetlając specjalnym lampami diodowymi. Chyba czas zacząć ogarniać balkonowy ogródek.

My walk in the park today was incredibly pleasant. The sun was shining brightly from the very morning, so I decided to start earlier than usual. Of course, the birds were fed; they were very energetic and lively today. I think they've also felt the spring. Well, unfortunately, the road to spring is still long and winding, as another wave of heavy frosts lies ahead. Here's to spring.

Spacer w parku był dzisiaj niezwykle przyjemny. Słońce od samego rana, dlatego też postanowiłem rozpocząć go wcześniej niż zwykle. Oczywiście ptaszki zostały nakarmione, były dzisiaj bardzo energetyczne i żywe. Chyba też poczuły wiosnę. No cóż, ale niestety droga do wiosny jest jeszcze daleka i kręta, bo przed nami kolejna fala silnych mrozów. Oby do wiosny.
