Piękny słoneczny i ciepły dzień

After many days of waiting, the "Polish golden autumn" has finally returned. It has become quite warm for the end of October, and the sun shone throughout the entire day.

Po wielu dniach wyczekiwania, wreszcie wróciła polska złota jesień. Zrobiło się ciepło jak na koniec października, a słoneczko operowało przez cały dzień.

I have a new companion who visits me three times a day—for reasons you can probably guess. I don’t know much about cats, so I’m not sure if it’s a male or a female, but I’ve named it Canelo Alvarez, since it’s ginger, just like the famous Mexican boxer.

Mam nowego towarzysza, który odwiedza mnie już 3 razy dziennie - w wiadomo w jakim celu. Nie znam się na kotach i nie wiem czy to samiec czy samica, niemniej nazwałem go do Canelo Alvarez, bo jest rudy jak znany meksykański boxer.

Today, I went for another walk in the woods in search of mushrooms. Once again, I wasn’t disappointed; for a one-hour stroll, the haul was quite substantial.

Dzisiaj ponownie odbyłem spacer do lasu w poszukiwaniu grzybów. I ponownie się nie zawiodłem, bo jak na godzinny spacer zbiór był całkiem pokaźny.

Nevertheless, signs of late autumn are already visible in the forest, so one shouldn't expect any record-breaking harvests.

Niemniej widać już w lesie oznaki późnej jesieni, i na jakieś rekordowe zbiory nie ma co liczyć.
