1BTC Project - Mode Earn App - 3 Stars.

First off, shout out to the dumpster fire that is the $Sweat Economy Learn and Earn section for giving me a gold mine of content.

Mode looked familiar, and the Learning section was presenting the app as a way to build your portfolio risk-free. I can get behind that! The tag line that stuck out in the copy was "convert your screen time into crypto, and that's what I have been preaching for over two years now.

The reason why Mode jumped out at me was because I have used it before. I mean I have used a version of it before. This is a throw back but I used a precursor to this app called Current Rewards. Current got a 1 star rating in December of 2022. Crazy to have been griding this project so long that I am seeing sequels.

This is effectively the same app as before. All any of these earn apps are just offerwalls with window dressing. Mode continues the Current gimmick of being a Spotify clone with extra features. A big difference is the "radio" earn is now there is a 90 minute maximum instead of check-ins. But unfortunately, like Current, there are no crypto rewards. Despite what the $Sweat app told me. In 2022 Current dropped the BTC reward and I dropped Current from my roster. The mode app lets you earn Pay Pal money, which you can turn I turned into Bitcoin in the same way that I transform my Receipt Hog PayPal rewards, my online casino winnings, and some of my Cambly earning into Bitcoin.

In my blog post about Current rewards, I gave it 1 out of 5 stars. With the updated star rubric it would get 3 out of five stars. You can get money out of the platform quickly and its free to use.

This new form Mode Earn also gets 3 out of 5 stars. I do note that I could not figure out how to get any cryptocurrency from Mode.

There isn't much to this app, I would probably skip it.
