Hey Peeps!
I went to the local Comic Book Store and picked up some Comics other day.
So I thought to myself, why not write about it and share what I got.
I am not sure if I have shared this or not, but I am a big fan of Comics; especially the artwork.
I like to go to the comic book store about every month to just browse and see if any artwork catches my eye.
The comics in the image above are just the ones I picked up during my last visit.
I have a bunch more but I will save those for future posts!
You can probably tell who my favorite superhero is....
Without a doubt in my mind, Batman is the greatest superhero of all time.
There is something about a superhero with no actual superpowers (besides money and pain) that really speaks to me and I think many other comic fans.
All the comics I purchased during this trip are from the BATMAN 2016 series.
I have really been enjoying this series, and I personally think this is the best DC series currently being released.
Now let's get to the comics:
First, we have BATMAN #121, I snagged this one because it is the end of the "Abyss" arc, and is the beginning of the "Shadow War" arc.
Second, we have BATMAN #122, this is where the Shadow War arc really pops off and also....BATMAN vs DEATHSTROKE!!
Deathstroke is one of my favorite supervillains in the DC universe.
Third, we have BATMAN #123, The Shadow War rages on, and so does the fight between BATMAN and DEATHSTROKE!
Fourth, we have BATMAN #124, and this one is extremely special to me.
It cost $15.00 compared to the normal $5 per comic book.
As you can probably tell, the cover art is incredibly intricate with its details.
Sometimes, I just take this comic out and just stare at the cover for minutes.
Last but not least, we have BATMAN #125.
Out of all the covers, besides #124, this is the coolest of the bunch.
The way they have Robin swooping down in front of Batman to make the Bat symbol is genius and I love it!
I know this was not crypto-related, but I do like to branch out and write about different topics and passions from time to time.
Just like my Free Games Weekly that I post every Friday.
