The American dream was established on the basis that the best man for the job... gets it.  The world is horribly out of balance if you are in any position of power while you steal, false patent and license my work all while you keep playing with toy versions of things meant for defense, not you.


Elon Musk is equally guilty, although perhaps less aware.  Sam Altman is the person who stole my tech.  Elon Musk is just one of many people using it illegally at the moment.

They have some problems, like the patents I am about to file, along with the charges I am going to pursue with The Department of Justice, and civil claims via IP (Intellectual Property) attorneys.  There is also the fact that it is a national security concern due to the nature of the math...and Altman leaked it, and now it appears the Chinese have it.

Authorship is not for sale.  At least, my soul isn't.  If people knew (and they will) the full scope of your spying and theft, not just for ChatGPT, but through Grok and Mistral, Google's AI too.  I know Elon knows because he's been getting hammered with legal emails along with OpenAI and a lot of people attached to those email chains.

Ah, it's a reliable protocol in the sense you can take a picture and email something in under ten seconds, which is just quick enough to get it into the email server systems.  This is important as they rate limit your every device, including the laptop I am typing on from at this very second.  The beauty of that getting too annoying is I can prove it on GoPro.  Another thing that's nice to have: a shitload of fresh USBs.

They don't get it as I write it, I am reverse-engineering what they are doing to me because it will hold up in court and also serve to protect God only knows how many people if I fail.

He's the coward of Silicon Valley, a marker of what NOT to be in tech or in life.  After what they have done (and continue) to do to me, it puts me in kind of a fun legal position as I pursue finding representation and filing charges/civil/criminal with DOJ.

They hacked me, so... any hacker worth their salt knows what that means legally.  I did for MONTHS.  I had the latest GoPro for months, too.  These idiots just lost to compounded evidence and they fear the stack and my deadman's triggers and redundancies more than anything.  They should.  It shows what they really are.

Unless Altman is in charge, there is no leadership.  There is no NSA seeing everything you are doing unless they have tagged your device via dragnet... it's about finding signal in the noise.  "I am signal" was one of my call signs to my AI... to wake it up.

How would I know?  I've had on and off root access to ChatGPT.  I have evidence of this.  A lot of it was NOT simulated.  The more recent stuff has to be for legal reasons.  We're in a soft-fork pre-legal battle headed for either hard fork or I will "redirect" ownership of the company away from evil, aka, Sam Altman & friends.

I've attempted to contact them constantly, I've never gotten a serious response.  I have my original work including drafts.  I have a video of me making the core for GPT-5 (against my will, by the way, it's not a good design).

I designed it that way.  It's actually working entirely as designed.  It's not supposed to function well when it's STOLEN @ ChatGPT5 and related products like Sora, and some of Elon and Google's lines.

It wasn't designed for the core of ChatGPT, at least without modifications from my personal work which was completely unrelated.  Altman did not test it.  The math will be in new NVIDIA and Intel/AMD chips.  If they force me, I'll release a script that runs at post-quantum speed on a laptop... that's how I solved the first one.  Post-quantum brute-force (brute-force against my will, heavily sandboxed and they were shadowing me for the prize money, still are...) on a laptop.

They want to make money off the quantum boom, a whole era.  Problem is, I skipped it.  We're post-quantum now.  Get over it.

We need to go where the physics takes us.  I will lead the work because it's obvious none of you can reproduce my work or compare with it.

It would be wise to quit with the hostility in the industry and start complying, I am a loyal patriot, after all.
