Everyone of us at some point while using a certain service had some issue and required support. When it comes to Publish0x let's put it all in one article on how support should be contacted and how it shouldn't. And with so many new people joining the platform it is important to know how the support should be reached out.

There is one correct channel to contact the support of Publish0x and this is via email: [email protected]

All other ways to communicate with the team are unofficial you should not expect to receive support over any other channels like: Telegram group, Instagram, sub-reddit and so on.

Let's also clarify the types of problems - anything related to your account:

- it's locked/restricted/revoked

- issue with withdrawal

- article was deleted

- missing rewards from account

- delayed approval for an author account

- anything related to your account

This should 100% of the time be directed to the support team via e-mail. Anyone should not expect the staff to be able to assist him via any of the other channels.

Other problems - you might see a bug with the website. Send a mail to the support. It is okay if you ask in the Telegram group, but this can be missed by the Publish0x team and that is why it is best if an e-mail is send to [email protected].

About questions related to the website usage you should check the FAQ, send an e-mail, or ask in the Telegram channel, where someone from the team or any other user can answer your question.

Creating Articles with questions addressed to the team probably won't be noticed, because I am sure they are not able to read all publications of every hour of every day. They are just humans.

I admit I did that mistake in the past to contact the support not in the correct way.
