This week a story was written about Senator Joni Ernest over her divorce that was made public after some time. Of course Iowa Courts closed it down but it was still spread threw many channels.

It cited that her husband caught her cheating with a lower enlisted soldier during deployment from 2003-2004...He saw the emails.

To understand fraternization better here is an example..

She was an officer.. having sexual relations with anyone that was not an officer is called Fraternization.. she was married at that time so "technically" that is adultery and grounds for court marshal... 

As I read the article, thoughts poured into my mind that she could not be impartial in my rape case involving her soliders because she was having sex down range and married...

I do what I do best, go get information...I am extremely proud of that ability. 

This would not be the first time Senator Joni Ernst has broken rules, procedures, and policies to do what she wants.

After the investigation was sent to me without privacy guards, I sought to learn as much as I could about the people involved.

One weekend when he should have trained but didnt was because he was in jail.... This was before deployment in February 2003.

He still got paid, and no note in his  file of his arrest which is standard procedure. 

She covered that up... she was breaking rules in 2002, 2003.... 

When she "punished" this man it was for drinking only. He was also married at that time and admitted to sodomy (Oral sex, military meaning)... missing was Adultery and sodomy....

Fast forward to 2015... Department of Veterans Affairs said that I couldn't have TBI due to my own misconduct.

The man who violated me, lied on me was given service connection for hearing loss, TBI despite having MISCONDUCT before he deployed.

The Department of Veterans Affairs offers no clear reason for why they are contradicting themselves.

Based on the foregoing all I have left to assume is that when the Military abandoned me so did the VA. I would never win their approval no matter what I did.

I can't understand this but I am reminded each day of what I face.

I can't fathom how she can make laws, support laws that she herself would never go by...

The November election is not far away.

I pray she looses and that everything she has done in secret will be made to light. Nothing hidden....

It seems to make sense now.... She covered her sexual activities by putting me on the block to save her....

What has she ever done that helped someone else besides herself? 

She couldn't punish him without exposing herself.... 

No matter which way someone might want to twist this.... it's still wrong. The standard is not balanced therefore unequal... 

As you can see why I say the rules are not for the powerful.... they are meant for lower people like me....

How corrupt....
