Yesterday I went with my girlfriend to the Toy Museum in Stockholm. Here are some notes and take-offs:
- The museum is placed on the island of Skeppsholmen in a former naval military base underground facility.
- The museum mainly has toys used during the period of 1850-the 1980s.
- It is an excellent place for families with children but also for individual visitors of older age who want to experience nostalgia and personal memories of toys from their childhood.
- There is also a section about comics if you are into that
- The price is 175 SEK for adults, around 18 USD or EUR. Stockholm is one of the most expensive cities worldwide, but for the price you pay, you can see toys used by the current king of Sweden, Carl Gustaf 16th.
