The morning light creeps through the blinds,
A new day begins, yet pain still grinds.
The bed feels like home, comfort and peace,
But we must rise, to face our release.

Our bodies ache, with each movement we make,
Our muscles protest, it seems no respite to take.
But we are strong, with a spirit of fire,
And we will rise, to conquer and inspire.

We push through the pain, and plant our feet on the floor,
Gathering our courage, to face what's in store.
For we know that each day, is a chance to begin,
And we won't let the pain, keep us trapped within.

So we rise from our beds, with a heart full of hope,
And take on the world, with a will to cope.
For we are survivors, and we won't be deterred,
And each day we rise, is a day we have earned.

So let us keep fighting, with each step we take,
And face the pain head-on, with a heart that won't break.
For we are warriors, and we will not surrender,
And we'll keep rising, until our pain does render.
