Who had a peculiar shoe,

It was tall and quite grand,

With a hole in the band,

And every step he'd say "Boo-hoo!"

He tripped on a rock, what a sight,

His shoe filled with grass, oh what a fright,

But instead of a frown, He looked up and then he found,

The sun shining bright and oh so light!

So remember, my friend, when things go wrong,

Just dance and sing a cheerful song, And chase away the blues,

With a smile, and a laugh, and a "shoe-shoe!"
