There once was a snail, so slow, Who loved to travel, don't you know.

He'd slide and he'd glide, And take it all in stride, And never once, did he let it show.

This snail, he was quite the adventurer, And his journeys, were always a grander lure.

He'd travel far and wide, With a trail, so very wide, And never once, did he lose his fervor.

But one day, as he set out on a quest, He saw a leaf, that looked like the best.

He started to climb, And in no time, He reached the top, and took a rest.

But then he realized, with a fright, That he couldn't get down, try as he might.

He called out for help, And yelped, with a yelp, And hoped, with all his might, for a light.

And then a bird, it flew by, And heard the snail's desperate cry.

It swooped down and said, "Don't worry, my friend, I'll take you home, up in the sky!"

So if you're ever feeling lost, my friend, Just remember the snail, and how he'd fend.

He'd go on and on, And find a new dawn, And keep moving, until the very end!
