What Is My Defi Pet?
My Defi Pet is a virtual game with collectibles featuring DeFi. My Defi Pet gives you the capability of displaying your own unique personality through collecting, breeding, evolving, and even battling your pets. My Defi Pet works on both the Binance Smart Chain, as well as Kardiachain
- Collect: A new Defi Pet is created every hour, and the bidding on each pet lasts for 24 hours!
- Breed: Create new strains and versions of pets by breeding any two or more together.
- Evolve: These little monsters have multiple stages of evolution. Each new evolutions changes the appearance and characteristics of the Defi Pet. The rarity of your pet will determine it's new and improved stats.
- Battle: The next step is to battle your Defi Pet with others. Not only does it add an element of competition, but you can also earn rare rewards!
- Trade, Rank, and Socialize: The marketplace gives you the capability or purchasing or trading monsters from other players. Here you add more monsters to your collection, and display them for others to view and talk about.
Dpet Currency
The Dpet token is the in-game currency used to purchase, trade, upgrade, and improve your monsters and their abilities. The My Defi Pet platform gives you the ability to lock your tokens for voting power and make decisions on new game updates. You will receive special rewards for locking your dpet tokens for certain amounts of time, and increase your voting power. My Defi Pet also allows you to stake your dpet tokens in staking pools, and depending on the pool you choose, will determine your rewards. You can earn in game items, new My Defi Pet eggs, or even more dpet currency! If staking or locking your tokens isn't your thing, then you can earn dpet tokens and rewards simply by playing the game. Participate in missions and social mining to earn more dpet tokens.
How Does My Defi Pet Work?
When first starting out, you'll need a monster (duh). There are two ways to acquire a monster, either 'summoning' one by spending 100 dpet tokens, or by purchasing a monster at auction through the marketplace. If you're looking for a rarer monster, or would like to know what you're buying before spending your dpet tokens then this might be your best bet. Be sure to remember though: A new monster is added to the marketplace every hour, and bidding lasts for 24 hours! Any monsters who did not receive a bid will remain for later purposes.
Once you have two or more monsters, you can start breeding them and creating more. If you don't have two monsters yet, you can gain permission from another player to breed with your monster. You can also offer your monster for breeding to other players as well. Something to keep in mind though is that the new pet will always transfer to the mother of the owner!
The in-game currency dpet is used for evolving your pet by 'feeding' it to them. The rarity of your pet is what will determine it's new statistics and abilities. The dpet currency is crucial to the development and improvement of your pets, and in game experience.
Use your dpet tokens to buy items and level up, or hodl your dpet tokens and stake them or lock them for staking rewards and voting power. The number of dpet tokens you lock or stake determine how much voting power you have to influence new changes and features to the game.
My Defi Pet Looks Interesting
This is another 'collectible' game that utilizes in game currency to advance further and grow. If you've seen one, you've seen them all, so what makes this different?
