France is the First European Country to announce that will Test their CBDC in 2020.
European Union is not favourable to the Facebook Libra Project that will also be launched in 2020 and to compete with it plans to release a EuroCoin but seems that France besides Words is going to Action.
France was the first Country to go against Libra Digital Coin from Facebook and with the Support of Germany, Italy are taking measures forbidden the stablecoin from Facebook in Europe if the project get on stage!
The CBDC tests from France will take place until first trimester of 2020 and it's preponderant to the financial world market and what benefits will bring to the market.
The CBDC tests are occuring in whole world in many Countries and the most famous case Is from China that also adopted blockchain officially in the Country ,France is the first one to test it with a clear excuse that is a reply to the Facebook Project Libra that in Europe Union they believe that the Facebook Project is against their Sovereign.
As we can see here is that EU are getting in to the Crypto world despite the reasons that took the states to embrace it but in clearly attempt to not let the project of Facebook to get adopted In the "Old Continent".
