Ethereum Researcher have been released on Bail, after being formally Indicted from ''conspiracy to violate the economic powers act" and help Pyongyang learn more about Blockchain and crypto.
This happens 10 days after he was granted bail and, apparently, he didn't match the conditions to be bail out, in December his parents paid $1 Million bound to grant the Bail.
I have been following the case and,am not an official reporter,only writing what I found on news but,seems that there are a lot of wrong info getting spreaded about the case.
