It has been approximately one month since I began the journey of discovery in terms of learning about cryptocurrency. I had begun to write out my thoughts as I go through this process in this site the last few days of September 2022.
I have outlined my thoughts about Bitcoin, Ethereum, Cardano, Ripple, Algorand, Shiba Inu, Dogecoin, and Jasmy. I have made the jump to invest in some of them, in others I have not yet made the commitment. I will continue to look into other cryptocurrency projects as I move forward. I have realized I like a cryptocurrency if I can start investing in small increments, and if they have a solid foundation. I love cryptocurrency projects that are innovating in a bear market. Here's to you Ethereum and Cardano. I still don't get Bitcoin, other than it has a really limited supply. I also realized I am not ready to invest large sums of fiat currency into cryptocurrency at this time. I may wake up one day and think I should have taken that leap.
I have also weighed out whether I want to HODL (hold on for dear life) or if I want to buy and sell on the mini ups and downs of the market. At this time, I am going to HODL forever.
When I first heard about cryptocurrency I thought it was a joke, not something to take seriously. I think I was wrong. There are people out there who are a lot smarted than I am that believe in this, and not only believe, but back it up with real life investment.
I am also learning that there are too many cryptocurrencies, and that I need to be careful to invest as wisely as one can in such a volatile market.
Another thing that I find amazing it there are APPs and websites that offer cryptocurrencies for free or for playing games or completing tasks. One example I have is that I used to play a particular online game for a few years. I paid nothing, and did it for entertainment. Once I found cryptocurrencies, I have turned the time I used to use for the game to make a few hundred USD that I converted into cryptocurrencies (and counting). On top of that, I am staking to earn even more free cryptocurrency.
Thanks for reading, I look forward to continue to learn and grow my understanding of cryptocurrency.
