It is not just me but there are others out there who think Mr Genslar has it out for crypto. Here is an article that talks about a US Congressmans thoughts on Gary Genslar and crypto: https://www.yahoo.com/finance/news/congressman-ritchie-torres-sec-chair-130532357.html
I am writing about this as it has followed my theme regarding cryptocurrency and legal issues. Regardless of whether or not one believes in cryptocurrency, it should get a fair and legal fight. It does not appear that is happening with Mr. Genslar.
I mean, picking and choosing winners and losers among the more than 10,000 cryptocurrencies and only deeming a few securities (they are not and that will shake out legally in my opinion) is ludicrous (not to be confused by the rapper Ludacris).
With the partial, and significant win in the XRP case legally deeming cryptocurrencies commodities when sold on exchanges moves the ball forward significantly.
All of that along with this Congressman speaking publicly about Mr Genslar is great for the future of cryptocurrency.
