I find it kind of amusing to monitor my thoughts on cryptocurrency over the past year. I began writing articles on this site approximately one year ago.
There are many, many topics that I have thought about. I am trying to chronicle my "crypto journey." Last week I wrote, at least in part about how I though the crypto winter would end in the summer (by August 2023). It seems to have ended in November 2023. A few months off if things continue in the right direction.
Now, I thought it was a near certainty that Solana was going to go the way of the Dodo bird when FTX fell. I even wrote about my thoughts at that time. However, as time went on, and it did not fall, and as it's price went up I began to realize I was wrong. I believe the lowest price Solana dropped to was $8 on December 28th, 2022. I did not buy then as I was certain I would lose all of my investment. Then, as time went on it did not die. So I invested at $22. Not as good of a profit margin as I could have had if I bought at $8. I am really enjoying the investment into Solana and have little regret waiting as long as I did. I lost a little on the cost, but bought some confidence and still bought at a really good price in the long run. I have nearly tripled my investment already!!!
Now, I have written about Jasmy, and think long term this is where I have the best chance to make the most financial gain from my investment. I bought at really good prices, and today (as of this writing) it spiked 30%. Now, we will see where Jasmy goes in the long run. I invested enough to make a shit ton of money, but not enough that I can't afford to lose it if it goes to zero.
I am in it for the long haul, even if prices tank again, I am not selling. I believe I have diversified enough, and can whether the storm if and when it comes again. I have enjoyed the ride, and look forward to the crypt future!
