I came across some articles about a report from Henly and Partners regarding cryptocurrency and the number of millionaires, centi-millionaires, and billionaires.  Here is a link to the exact report: https://www.henleyglobal.com/publications/crypto-wealth-report 

I find this report a bit fascinating. First, the above mentioned report identified a total of 22 crypto billionaires, with 6 of the 22 crypto billionaires being solely made from Bitcoin. The report estimated there are 425 million crypto users.  To put it into context, One out of 4,818 investors in cryptocurrency became crypto millionaires.  

Now, after I came across this information, I started to think: Where do I stand in this process of becoming a crypto millionaire?

I have roughly 31,725 shares of various different cryptocurrencies. Given this number, all of my shares would have to average $31 for me to become a crypto millionaire.  Now, I know that not all of my cryptocurrency holdings will be around in the long run. I am assuming some will go to Zero. I hope I am wrong, but I am not that naïve to think I am that good of an investor. That is why, after nearly investing in one cryptocurrency for most of my first year of investing, I have diversified.  I am continually adding cryptocurrency through staking, and buying. So, my magic number to become a crypto millionaire will ultimately be lower than $31 dollars per share in the long run.  

Am I expecting to be a crypto millionaire? NO. Am I hoping to be a crypto millionaire? YES.  I really want it to come true, and think there is a small chance it comes true. I am what you would call a HODL'R. I know the number of crypto millionaires would have been much higher at the peak of the crypto market in 2021.  I am looking to the long term and have personally (albeit at times frustratingly) been happy to be buying what I believe is crypto's at discounted prices. I mean, the whole Covid thing threw a wrench in the development and evolution of the cryptocurrency and fiat markets.  

Man, I would not have guessed cryptocurrency would be so much fun. I feel like the entertainment I get out of it is worth the investment already, and any profits in the long run will be icing on the cake so to speak.
