So as the title states I've just purchased my first share of an investment property with lofty AI and the experience was extremely easy and it went smooth. I signed up on the website, did some KYC & connected my Algorand wallet and just like that I have my real estate tokens.  The project looks serious and it was developed by a great team, not to mention it has been backed by some serious investors. I see massive potential for this project however i also see how this project could be a regulatory burden. This app is so connected to the real world yet it is digital. Fractionalized real estate has been a hot topic for quite some time now and I find it interesting & exciting that there is a serious project that works seamlessly for it built on the Algorand blockchain. What are your thoughts on fractionalized real estate & what are some similar projects you've heard of?
