They literally have no support team. I emailed them for help and I got a generated reply to use their community forums. Well I have. I have used them twice and got no response. I literally have wasted time.
There was literally one response from Brave Support that did not and still does not work for anyone. Then the case was closed.
The problem is that I cant log in. For some reason it will not recognize either my password and the link to import my seed phrase appears . . . broke? I wrote down my password when I set up the account and I cut and pasted my seed code so I know they are both correct. But neither work. So, I have been clicking on Ads for nothing. I have BAT that I cannot use.
The brave browser is a good idea but the non existent support has ruined it for me. Why no support? Am I missing something obvious?
