In a recent conversation with friend and fellow blogger @Bayarizard we discussed the importance of publicly sharing learning compilations. Frequent journaling can be an excellent self-motivator. It can also make you accountable. Journaling in public, or learning in public, can be next level. Combine what you're learning with journaling and it's a win/win for everyone.

Here's how to write like you speak. The magic in finding your writer's voice is drafting and establishing a writing process.
But understand that there are many cogs to the writing process.
For over 20 years, online learning and asynchronous learning have been synonymous to me. But I've taken some mental notes here about cohort-based courses which are learning that occurs in real-time. It sounds much like learning communities or professional learning communities (PLCs), formats that have proven themselves successful with both students and educators.
