Who is BOLD and Why?
For that we need to understand their history and therefore their biography.
BIOGRAPHY :
BOLD is the new collaboration between High Ku (Chinese Man) and Supa-Jay (Scratch Bandits Crew).
Born in 2021 in the Chinese Man Records labs, this new project synthesizes the passion for the forgotten samples of one and the melodic and compositional talents of the other.
Their eponymous debut album, scheduled for January 2022, develops a universe where old school Hip Hop and Trip Hop collide, subtly sprinkled with more modern rhythms borrowing from Trap and Electro.

For this track, the group was inspired by the Thai sound of the 70s called "Molam sound".
The duo revisits it through the fundamentals of the 90s' hip hop boom bap, with a great deal of retro-futuristic beatmaking and unbridled turntablism.This results in a track with a strong character, with original and unpublished sounds, a tribute to these two musical movements which are totally different but which turn out to be surprisingly complementary.

For me the two artists are no longer to present thanks to their talent and their previous act of mixing and production through their respective project.
No, we're going to focus on this pretty track, with very technical assets, we recognize the sample work that we heard on the chiness man project with this Asian touch and it's instrument straight out of a saber film that we can love on Netflix, but the thing we love most dearly good panda selection is that we managed to make a hip-hop track with samples not at all imagined for his style of music
So we thanked their ingenuity which allows us to enjoy this track.
