Self-Healing in a Sick World: What 25 Days of Fasting Has Taught Me (So Far)

By now, everyone knows that Big Pharma are pill pushers who want you to stay sick. Why? Because a sick public means BIG MONEY — and money is the only thing shareholders truly care about. Your health? That’s none of their concern.

Pharmaceutical companies want you to believe you’re sick so badly that they remind you every single day with endless commercial ads. You’ve all seen them — the catchy little jingles, the relatable scenes: a pretty woman, an elderly couple smiling on the beach, someone in a convertible with the wind in their hair — all selling you the “cure” for an illness you don’t even have.

While all this is happening, your mind shifts — from not being concerned about the illness they’re talking about in the commercial to, “I wonder if I should be worried about this?” And that’s the hook.

That’s all Big Pharma needs — to anchor the idea of an illness in your mind. Once that seed is planted, the body starts to believe it needs a cure for something that was never even there. The commercial you just watched didn’t just sell you medicine — it hacked your mind and planted a fake illness where none existed.

These brainwashing ads run over and over again until you’re so mentally sick that your only option seems to be going back to the same programmers for the “cure.” And by the time they’re listing the side effects and warnings at the end of the commercial, it doesn’t even matter — your mind’s already been hacked.

Imagine this: you’re sitting, watching your favorite show at night, and every few minutes a commercial pops up telling you how sick you are — over and over again. That message slowly works its way into the deepest parts of your psyche, working its magic on your mind.

This virus is so powerful that, in that very moment, you might even feel a slight twinge in your belly. You think you’re ignoring it — but you’re not. Even if the feeling disappears, your mind doesn’t forget. You return to your regular programming.

Within five to seven minutes, another 30-second spot for the same drug hits again. Maybe you get up from the couch and grab another soft drink (poison), or take another bite of that burger from your local big-box fast-food joint (more poison).

While you’re in the kitchen, you can’t see the commercial — but you can still hear it. And even though you’re busy with that highly advertised soft drink, your unconscious mind is still absorbing Big Pharma’s programming, deeper and deeper.

Make no bones about it — mind hacking is everywhere in the system we live in, and Big Pharma is one of the biggest leaders in public mental manipulation. The data shows that 21 of the 22 top pharmaceutical companies grew exponentially in 2024, with only one — Teva — taking a step back.

“In the last quarter of 2024, major pharmaceutical companies reported significant revenue growth, with Johnson & Johnson earning $21.4 billion, Roche $16.5 billion, and Teva $5.9 billion, among others. Overall, the sector showed strong financial performance driven by innovative products and increased demand.”

Let that sink in for a minute. Selling sickness isn’t just big business — it’s an ever-growing one.

The Facilitation:

Now that we’ve established that Big Pharma wants you to be sick — and will go to the grave, literally, to make sure you believe it too — what’s the next logical step?

Well, once your mind starts questioning your health and well-being daily, it’s time to go to the drug dealers — your doctors. Yep, the “do no harm” guys.

Some of the biggest drug pushers on the planet are doctors. They rarely tell you how healthy you’re doing. Instead, they’d rather confirm your self-diagnosis — or better yet, the programmed symptoms you downloaded from the commercials on television.

With a smile on their face and a “loving” pat on your back, the family practitioner sends you out of their office with a little slip of paper — the desired drugs ready for pickup at your local pharmacy.

Next time you’re in the bathroom, check how many drugs are in your medicine cabinet. Are you sure you need them all — or any of them — if you were in a different mindset?

Your Doctor Is Your Health Parent (Programming)

Have you ever wondered why you can’t make a decision about your health without first checking with your doctor? This is a social program designed to remove agency from every man, woman, and child — placing ultimate health authority in the hands of doctors who are incentivized to sell you more drugs.

That’s right. Every few weeks — for months on end — a pretty, blue- or brown-eyed agent of evil is sent out by the pharmaceutical companies: the Sales Rep.

These reps walk into your family doctor’s office — you know, the one you tell all your friends about because “he or she is the best doctor in the world.” That’s worship and delusion.

According to Career Explorer, 67% of pharmaceutical sales representatives are female and 33% are male. Why do women dominate in this area? Simple — sex sells.

The sad truth is this: if you hire an attractive woman to sell poison to a mostly male-dominated field of doctors, your chances of success are higher. And yes, that includes all kinds of incentives — even sexual ones.

I bet that one was a bombshell to hear, but it’s true. There are sexual transactions between doctors and reps. I don’t know the exact numbers, but I do know this — when I was teaching chiropractic and medical office software back in the mid to late ’90s, I was propositioned frequently.

It’s like people in the medical industry are almost always sexually charged — looking for a quick release — or they’re just undercover degenerates. My moral compass has always been aligned with a higher purpose, so indulging in that kind of unprofessionalism wasn’t an option. I’m not a saint, but there are some lines I would never cross — not for personal gain, and not at the expense of my reputation or that of the company I worked for at the time.

Not everyone in the healthcare industry operates with high moral character. Listen — you don’t need to be a rocket scientist to understand that people are people, and just because someone wears a white coat doesn’t make them a good person.

Doctors often put on a persona to project trust — while at the same time handing out untested drugs that could be killing you. Ultimately, your health and well-being aren’t your doctor’s responsibility. They’re yours.

Neither your doctor nor Big Pharma is physically forcing those pills down your throat. Think about it — Big Pharma probably has meetings that start with moral debates and end with, “We’re not forcing people to use our products.”
Of course, they conveniently gloss over the truth:
“They’re not forcing you — but you are being brainwashed.”

So What’s the Point?

Well, the point is — and this is not advice by any means — it’s simply my point of view. I’m sharing it to maybe get you, the reader, to think a bit deeper about the agency you give up when you allow others to control your ideas about your health and well-being.

If you don’t control yourself — your mind, your body — then by default, someone else will. And there’s no one who can, or will, have your best interests in mind more than you.

As I write this, I can’t help but think about how few times I’ve gone to the hospital or taken a pill for anything. I often wonder: if I don’t need to take Big Pharma’s “medicines,” why do so many people? That question is what sparked my research into mass social conditioning in the first place.

Now, I’m not saying we don’t need doctors. I’ve had more than a few broken bones in my time — so yes, they’re useful. But some people are paralyzed without their doctor making every decision for them. That’s not healthy behavior at all.

I think about how many people took the COVID-19 jab so willingly, without question — again, mass social programming at work. I won’t go off on a tangent here, but it’s probably something you’re aware of now — that COVID-19 was an acceptance program that most people failed miserably, if I’m being honest. And if you’re honest with yourself.

Compliance is a slippery slope.
People either don’t think about how much they accept from money-extracting corporate giants, or they just don’t care enough to challenge their own thinking.

What Big Pharma and other massive corporations, investment groups, and global interests are doing should concern everyone, because mass sickness is their business — and acceptance mind-hacking is their mode of operation.

You Do What You Want — But I Use Fasting

I use fasting as a way to regain full agency over my mind and body. Even as you’re reading this article, I’ve been in the middle of a 21‑day continuous fast — which has now stretched into its 25th day.

Yes, I originally set a 21‑day fasting goal — a loose target — but here I am, four days past it, and likely going for more. Why? Because I feel great. Actually, I feel amazing, and I don’t want to lose the benefits I’ve gained by going back to consuming Big Food’s poisons again.

My body has detoxed, and in doing so, it’s healed a great deal. It’s still rebuilding old damage that, because I know my body better than anyone, I can feel improving every single day. How do I know I’m healing without consulting a doctor? Simple — I know my body. I’ve lived in it long enough to understand its language completely. I trust what it tells me, and I’m not talking about the socially programmed version of “health” projected by the Deep State or mainstream agendas.

I’ve lost around 30 pounds, dropping from 205 lbs to 174.6 lbs at the time of writing this — an average of about 1.2 lbs per day. My workouts haven’t decreased; they’ve actually increased. Logic says fasting this long should reduce energy and performance, but the opposite happened. My joints have healed, my body feels lighter, and movement comes easier.

Now, I’m not saying I’m free of aches and pains — I’ve had those all my life — but when they come, I adjust, pay closer attention, and keep moving. I don’t stop.
Why? Because stopping sends a message that something else has control over my outcome. And to me, that signals mental weakness.

Mind and Meditation

I meditate a lot. I coupled fasting with meditation because it just felt natural — and I was absolutely right. Daily, and sometimes twice-daily, meditation has increased the sharpness of my mind by what feels like 100x.

During meditation, I practice remote viewing, astral projection, gateway techniques, transcendental methods, and tapping into the energy grid, among others. If you’re doing extended fasting, it’s the perfect time to explore deeper forms of meditation.

I’ve been meditating for years — decades, really — but I’ve never fasted this long while engaging in such deep practices. My previous longest fast was 19 days, and back then, I felt tired through most of it. Now, even though I’m older, I feel more energized than ever. I credit that energy to several things, but mostly to my increased mental strength and a deeper understanding of the power of meditation.

You might not believe this, but my most enlightening lessons about meditation didn’t come from any self‑help book — they came from declassified government documents. What I discovered is that most mainstream self‑help books are lacking at best, and deceptive at worst — written with the sole purpose of extracting “money energy” from people genuinely seeking to improve their lives.

If I’m being honest, much of the self‑help industry is full of vampires feeding on the financial lifeblood of anyone they can reach. Not all — but most. Many so‑called “experts” parade around with fake certifications, parroting one another like online bots just to sell their next book or course.

Yes, I sell books and courses too — but I do it with intention. People are so used to the system operating this way that the only way to truly help them escape the trap is by using the same methods that caught them in the first place.

In Closing

While none of this writing is anything more than me expressing my personal experiences about extended fasting and meditation, I hope you didn’t miss the larger message behind what I’m saying here: take back control of your mind and body from the systems that want you to stay trapped in their grasp.

Fasting is healing, and meditation is the tool that helps redirect your inner resources to where they’re truly needed during that healing process. When you fast, you give your body time to pause production — to stop all the constant energy output we take for granted.

Imagine not having to chew food, swallow, digest, or constantly use the bathroom. Imagine sleeping better and remembering your dreams — maybe for the first time in your life — and realizing they’re not nightmares. What you eat affects your dreams, and when you stop eating for a while, everything in your dream state shifts. At least, that’s what happened for me.

When you fast while meditating, it’s like restoring batteries you didn’t know were depleted. Your connection to everything good intensifies. Awareness heightens — sounds, smells, visuals — everything sharpens. I have no doubt that when my fast is fully complete, even my taste buds will be operating at maximum sensitivity, responding to each morsel of food that touches my tongue.

This is what full agency over the mind and body feels like to me.

If you fast, do it your way, as I did mine. I’m not telling you whether you should or shouldn’t — that’s up to you. I’m not going to say “be safe” or “consult your doctor.” That’s up to you too. Personally, I didn’t engage with that mindset — I already knew what my body was capable of.

Fasting, coupled with meditation, expanded me — mentally, physically, and spiritually. I did it my way. You do it yours.
