With the Supreme Court Nomination Hearing of Amy Coney Barret going forward, there seems to be more behind the curtain. Let us just stop, breathe, and think for a moment. Look at the United States as a business for just one minute. President Trump has a vacancy. President Trump has the Constitutional Obligation to fill that Vacancy. Therefore, just like any business A candidate was selected, or in this case nominated, and is now going through the process of confirmation.
This is nothing new. If you really take a step back, instead of just siding with any group you may see a different picture. Let us ask some questions.
Why is it a big deal to only one side that the President follow his constitution obligation to fill that vacancy? What is truly going on with the political class? Why do they continue to deflect questions?
The only thing you can do right now is detach yourself, and like those good old detective movies, sit back and gather the evidence. Now let us compare this nomination to any job interview you would go to. Let us outline an interview and show you in this example what I mean.
The problem of today is we have forgotten the basics. The Supreme Court Nominee hearing is simply a job interview conducted to ensure that the candidate has the knowledge and or experience to handle the job. The questions should only be on the understanding of our US Constitution.
Let us give you an example. What if you were having an interview to be a grade school teacher in the 4th grade for math. You are very knowledgeable and you know you can do the job to help educate our future. What would you feel if once you got into the interview, certain members asked qualification questions, but there were some that asked how you felt about the North china Sea?
The type of question that is asked, is the defining moment of the intentions of that particular person. If a person is interviewing for a math teacher, the question on their feelings about something happening in the North China Sea is irrelevant.
This is what is going on here. The Democrats have not asked one qualifying question on her knowledge of Constitutional Law. The Democrats are only focused on Political matters, which should not be part of a job interview of any kind. The questions that need to be asked are ones that even if a congressman or congresswoman commit high crimes is this person capable of following the constitution to the letter and making a decision based on constitutional law.
What the Constitution stood for is that there would be only one justice system in this country. It stands that all would face the same punishment for the same crime. If a person kidnaps a child that is just the everyday person, he will face the same punishment as if it was a member of congress.
Truth be told, the Democrats do not want this. We have had a two tiered Justice System in this country for decades. This is the very reason why they have not asked any qualifying questions, however, it seems to me that on the 22nd of this Month Amy will be a Supreme Court Justice.
Understand this, These worthless questions the Democrats are spewing are only for political show. There is no way any of these worthless questions would even be allowed in a standard interview for any reputable company. Consider this before you speak.
Only a sane and rational person can dig their way out of the mud and clear that mud from their eyes for them to truly see.
