The Bitcoin Balances on Exchanges is rising since one month with almost every day more BTC arriving on the exchanges by fear of retails, or I think the whales are preparing a Long squeeze in the south.
WAW it's shorted hard today with high leverages above 25X and $100 million liquidation close to price via the huge spike at 19.6K which is 3% off the price now (19K).
Possible this will be the short squeeze of the weekend to trap all Sunday traders before getting rejected bellow or upper if the shorts don't calm down with the big leverages.
