The price of a single bitcoin has surpassed $65,000, reaching levels that have not been seen since September. At the same time, Michael Saylor, the creator of MicroStrategy, has disclosed that the firm has a $100 trillion "endgame."

As a result of the unexpected projection of the price of bitcoin that was issued by experts at JPMorgan, traders are placing bets on a sustained rotation away from China stocks and into bitcoin and cryptocurrency.

"Markets are probably taking a disappointing China stimulus to be positive news for bitcoin," said Caroline Mauron, co-founder of crypto derivatives liquidity provider Orbit Markets, in an interview with Bloomberg. "Capital rotation from bitcoin into Chinese equities was understood to be previously weighing on crypto prices," she pointed out.

Lan Foan, the Minister of Finance of China, made a commitment on Saturday to "significantly increase" the government's debt in order to resuscitate the economically stagnant economy of the country. However, he did not provide an exact amount about the total size of the stimulus package.

According to Mohit Kumar, chief financial economist for Europe at Jefferies, who said with Reuters, "We did not get much over the weekend, but our expectations were not for much anyway. I still think more fiscal stimulus is coming, both this year and in the years to come."

In the beginning of this month, traders were given the advice to "expect fireworks" by analysts David Brickell and Chris Mill. They wrote in their newsletter that they believe the price of bitcoin would reach new all-time highs as a result of China releasing "a tsunami of liquidity" in conjunction with interest rate reduction from the Federal Reserve.

On the other hand, there are market watchers who are concerned that the Chinese government's lack of transparency might result in the market surge being short-lived.
