Hello fellow Publish0x readers, welcome to the first post of the Crypto Bat. To start off my blogging career I’d like to point out a few starter rules in Crypto that all investors, traders hodlers and enthusiasts have to learn. The most fundamental rule is “ if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is”. Second the cliche of “DYOR, do your own research” is not actually a cliche but a pre-requisite. The vast amount of technology, trends, and choices could send any one new to the crypto verse down the rabbit hole. The good part about doing your own research is slowly the emerging technologies will start to make sense and the markets don’t seem as random if you can keep up with the news and the corresponding rumors. I say these are the two main rules to hold on to when considering new projects or “cloud mining that has 1000% returns after two weeks”. The scams are rampant in crypto just as the ability to make money is there in earnest. Many things look legitimate but often are just a ploy to get your crypto separated from your personal keys. I myself just ran into one of these scams and it promised as much as .015-1 btc for initial sign up if I transferred 600 dollars worth of crypto or fiat to their website. Cryptolau.com is a scam and please don’t fall victim to this or the other fake exchanges, pump and dump schemes or Bitconnect like campaigns. Hope this has been a decent beginners advice for anyone just learning and delving into the crypto-verse. Be safe and blessed
