Did we live inside a computer?

The answer for that question is a bit tricky, why?, Because we have different possible scenarios that answer the question.
This Theory was developed by a genious mind called Nick Bostrom and basically offers three different possibilities, we are going to review them and learn about the famous Bostrom Trilema.
Case 1: Civilizations are unable to reach a posthumanity state

In this scenario, due to our problems as a society we end up destroying ourselves making the chances of running advanced simulations to Zero, because we were not able to evolve an expand our technology to a higher level.
Case 2: Post-civilizations are not interested on simulations

Here we are facing a new advanced society that arent interested on his past, and for this reason they are not creating simulations of themselves in the past.
Also some thinkers argument that could be seen as an unethical act because the simulated beings would experiment real feelings on the virtual simulation even if it isn't real.
Case 3: We are living in a simulation!

In this last option everything went right, we didn't destroy ourselves, and technology level is fine but here we have a difference, cause here, differently from the previous case we are interested about running past simulations.
Taking the PONG video-game as a reference of what our society could simulate 60 years later and what can we simulate now is a pretty solid evidence that we can possibly been living on a virtual simulation.
So can we possibly be habitating on a machine?

The answer is not certain, but the possibility is there. so is up to you to decide wich scenario you prefer and in wich one you would like to live!, Awesome, right
