I have previously talked about my pending move to DC but at the same time, I was slightly concerned because the lease had not been fully approved yet, and was awaiting different things that were outside my roommates and I control. Since we (my roommate and I) are leaving in 6 days I have had to continue to pack up my stuff so that I was ready for the 29th.
Well, just an hour ago we finally got the email that we have been waiting for! We were welcomed to our new home at The Collective in Washington DC! I have never been this excited to start a new chapter of my life. Most importantly I can start applying for jobs now! With the goal of working on Capitol Hill most likely in a Congressional Office, I needed to be able to work in 14 days from the day I applied, and without having a surefire place to live I have been hesitant to even start applying even though I will be in DC on the 31st!
I cannot wait to keep yall informed about my life and what I am doing in Washington DC! I will also finally have access to Binance US as opposed to Coinbase which is a huge score in itself! I hope everyone has a great evening!
