First of all, we must agree that excessive cell phone use can cause a number of health problems,
such as aesthetics, where it impairs posture, due to the use of electronic devices, in this case smartphones.
We often see parents and/or guardians buy this type of device to satisfy their urge or make their child quiet, and this ends up causing
what I call
"technological addiction".
This exposure is increasing every day, nowadays we can't see children playing in the street with friends or riding a bicycle,
but the same ones sitting on sofas or even standing with incorrect posture,
which ends up causing health problems such as sleep disturbance in addition the lights and sounds emitted by cell phones minutes
before bed or during sleep can put the body in a state of alert. This does not allow the user to turn
off completely and interferes with a good night's rest. These and other problems can be caused by the use of electronics.
We often see an increase in younger and younger children using these devices, on the other hand,
without the supervision of their guardians, where from then on children begin to use applications that a priori
would be for adult use, and how not to be supervised. on the part of those responsible, they start to change their behavior,
no longer having their parents as a basis for their social and intellectual development, starting to have celebrities as a reference.
Probably these children grew up frustrated and realized that the world is not a fantasy as they observed on social media.
And from there they "hurt" themselves living outside the bubble, causing a series of social and psychological problems, among others. In short, we can conclude that generation Z (born after 2001) may have problems of socialization in an increasingly competitive society.
