Besides BTC and Gold, which we've been tracking closely, Robinhood stock (HOOD) just pulled off something remarkable in the blockchain world. In less than two months since launch, its protocol rocketed from $4.5 million to $1 billion in Total Value Locked (TVL) a jump of more than 200x that Standard Chartered even called the fastest growth ever recorded by a blockchain. It's genuinely stunning. A weakening DXY and USD have also pushed total market cap sharply higher.

HOOD stock is showing two very different faces right now, and both are worth watching. Year to date it's still down 4.39%, trailing far behind the S&P 500's 12.11% gain. But don't be fooled over the medium to long term, its performance has been ferocious, with 3 year returns hitting 940.71% and 5 year returns at 153.59%. The fundamentals back this up too. Earnings have consistently beaten analyst estimates for several quarters running, with Q2 FY26 EPS coming in at $0.61 against a $0.55 forecast, backed by $1.31B in revenue and a hefty 42.89% profit margin.
Analyst sentiment remains firmly bullish, with Strong Buy and Buy ratings dominating from May through August. The average price target sits at $119.93, with individual targets ranging from $57 - $163.60 meanwhile the stock trades at $108.13, leaving room for upside according to market consensus. Cantor Fitzgerald's latest call kept an Overweight rating, though it trimmed its price target from $130 - $115, a sign analysts still believe in HOOD's story even while dialing back short term expectations.

HOOD jumped 14% today. Looking at the trend and market structure, there's still room to climb toward the FVG zone around $125 - $132, something that could be confirmed by a Change of Character or Break of Character forming. HOOD found support after tapping the 78.60% Fibonacci retracement zone, which is often the ideal bounce point following a multi day pullback and it still looks very possible for the stock to push toward new highs.

Blockchain based stocks tend to move in step with total crypto market cap, though not every stock behaves this way. If you're already familiar with Robinhood (HOOD) and considering buying in, the underlying numbers give reason for confidence cash flow, profit margin, and gross profit all look healthy for the medium to long term, even though big Wall Street players haven't fully piled into this stock yet.
