Some cryptogame (plants) on the clinic compound

I don't really know why but I was always a fan of lichens and mosses. And it really is a pleasure for me to find different kinds of lichens and mosses in the garden of the stationary wards (we have different houses here, which are for people with different diseases, if there are questions I could maybe answer them in a different post).

I am not really familiar on the ground of lichens but im pretty sure that the yellow one in the following picture belongs to the species Xanthoria. Together with another lichen and a moss.

And lichens do not only grow on stone, they also grow on the bark of trees (shown in the next and last picture) or on sand, earth and shingles.

I hope the quality of this post is somehow okay, because i only got my phone here and don't know how the blog entry will turn out. It's my first post and just a little try to see if people are interested about life and nature in a stationary psych ward. Feel free to comment and ask anything :) And have a great weekend.

Hey, my name is Stefan and i'm currently in a stationary psych ward because of depression and some bi-polar tendencies. I just want to post some stuff around my therapeutic stay.
