The NFL offseason could be making some the biggest headlines that it's made in a very long time. First we had the trade of Stafford for Goff before the SB was even played. Now the Eagles QB Carson Wentz is dominated the trade headlines. It's rare that we see a QB on the hot seat for the majority of the beginning of his career. Unfortunately, that has been the case for Wentz though. It wasn't too long ago that he was in the MVP convo and appeared that he could lead his team to a SB. That was until the injury that sidelined him which led to Nick Foles stepping in and helped guide the Eagles to a SB victory. The popularity of Foles with his team included shrines built to him in the lockeroom during that SB run, and even a statue after the big win for the Eagles. Fast forward to today and HC Doug Pederson has since been fired, Foles has been on two different teams, his replacement had seemingly been drafted with the arrival of a new HC. Wentz hasn't been at his best since coming back from the injury and Philly is a tough sports town. They love their teams tremendously and are one of the most loyal fan bases in the league as well. Wentz has been the receiver of the tough sports side of Philly the last couple years. That has led to Wentz being on the trade block and thus far the main two teams I've heard as prospects are the Bears and Colts. I would expect the Bears to be a part of many QB trade scenarios considering the roller coaster ride that somehow still landed them in the playoffs this season. The Colts on the other hand are solid in both the HC and GM position and have an extremely formidable roster provided they find the answer at QB. I believe that Wentz will end up with the Colts which I think will be a much better landing place for him to get back focused on just football. However, there is one rumored factor that could end up with the Colts dropping pursuit of him and that factor is retired QB Andrew Luck who was drafted by the franchise. Rumors have been swirling about a couple tweets from sources that Luck may return because he misses football. Let's also factor in that the roster is very well put together compared to when Luck last played there. IF that scenario was to happen with a return of Luck, then that would leave the Bears and a couple new runner ups for Wentz's services. I believe those teams would the Vikings, Jets, Cowboys, Saints, Patriots, Raiders, Broncos, Panthers, and the Washington Football Team. I'm gonna go all out here and say that Wentz is surprisingly traded to the Las Vegas Raiders. The GM Mike Mayock has long been a fan of Wentz and I think Gruden would just love to coach the guy. The Raiders are also a team that is built really well without making the huge splash and they have done well in roster adjustment since Gruden and Mayock have arrived. A QB like Wentz could put them in the playoffs to a divisional round appearance in the first season with Wentz in my opinion.

Where Will Wentz Wind Up?
