FTX's own token FTT was traded outside of FTX exchange at a loss. Once held Crypto Wonder Child now not so much. On the 2nd of Nov Alameda leaked thier balance sheet showing the substantial amount of FTT.
FTT because FTX had needed to bail out Alameda after the collapse of Terra-Luna, and sent over its own made-up FTT tokens, claiming these were assets of value.

Binance looked into FTX's book and found that $6bn was missing.

Crypto Regulator Gary Is Trouble. He is supposed to be responsible, he has to be held accountable, he oversaw let this happen with the FCC. He was suppose to be regulating not letting fraud take place.
CZ of Binance was going to be pulling the trigger on buying up rival FTX, they did no,t pulled out of deal due to lack transparency, the fact that FTX is now realistically unsaveable, he realised before it was too late that this disaster had gone too far.
