The more I do these, the shorter they seem to get. Not sure doing these daily is the correct thing to do. I don't do a lot of different things so these are kind of repitive. I do tend to stick to a routine and that leads to these being similar.

Yesterday I did go to Walgreens to pick up my thyroid pill for the next 3 months. I also did a tiny bit of grocery shopping. I spent almost as much money on paper towels as I did spend on groceries. I do receive SNAP benefits for groceries. I don't spend all that I could each month. I only buy what I need and will eat. I could be eating steaks and more expensive items but I don't because I only buy what I normally eat. I have added a bit more frozen items as they are easy to prepare and are easier to manage serving size for just me. Also, I'm trying to stay below 200 pounds.

Most days I wake up around 6. Some days I wake up at 7:30 with the phone alarm. I take my thyroid pill upon waking and then wait an hour to get toast or a bagel along with a soft drink. Around 10 I do get some breakfast with my morning meds. Then around 2pm sometimes later I get lunch/supper and then at 4pm I take 3 more pills. I tend to snack around 7 while I move to the living room and put on the TV. At bedtime which is near 10 I take my bedtime meds. Very exciting I know. The routine keeps me centered and assures that I remember to take my meds. On Saturdays at 2pm I do my Ozempic shot. It is once a week and help to keep my A1C in check. One of my Dr.'s checks my A1C to monitor it. Thus far, I've been able to watch my sugar intake and I drink Zero Sugar soft drinks to keep my A1C below 7.0 which is a good target for me.

My mobility is a bit "wobbly" when I am upright and moving. That is why I sit quite a bit. I feel normal when I'm seated. The effects of the stroke I had in 2020 aren't felt when I'm seated. When I go outside the house I do walk with a cane to add some stability and to feel more secure when I move around. The exercise bike I have is a recumbent bike. This allows me to be seated while I use it. It is different than a regular exercise bike where one is upright while riding. I do the bike 4 days a week and ride it for 20 minutes. I get it done before I do much of anything for the day. Usually it happens after I've taken my thyroid pill be before anything else happens.

Thanks for reading. Hope you have a good Thursday.
