As advertised my "project" here is a mixed bag of chaos. Initially I wanted to do more with the law of attraction and manifesting. That is still a goal but I have so many things going on that it is hard to obtain time to sit down and write. I developed a "routine" several months back. When I followed it at all costs it seemed like anything I desired was just falling into my lap. As time has gone on, I've added more and more things to my "to-do" list and as a result it has made it so that I was obtaining the opposite results from what I wanted. Instead of feeling positive and using that power, I just felt annoyed it was an inconvenience. Eventually, I just stopped doing it all around. That hasn't delivered anything good either. Therefore, I have been trying to get back into the swing of things.
The reason I am sharing this with you? Well, one of the things on the routine was to spread positivity. It did indicate this could be anything. So, I wanted to take the time to try to spread it on a larger scale. My best concept on how to do that is to break down the routine and share it with the world. The majority of things on this list are not my creation. I've found Steve Harvey, Joel Osteen, Oprah, Denzel Washington, and a ton of other people I never anticipated could say anything I would care about, to be great sources of inspiration. Some of the things I cannot properly credit because I don't know where I found them. Essentially, this is just a collection of chaos that I have found from various sources. I've fine tuned it over the last 6 months or so. Coincidentally it is 12 steps and I tend to call it my "12 step program". Here it is:
1. Gratitude: Multiple sources claim that gratitude is what fuels the ability to manifest what you want. They also state that negativity cannot live where gratitude resides. As a result, I have taken either little tips I've heard or discovered and I have compiled them into a bit of a "gratitude" checklist. The idea was to maximize the "dream fuel".
* As soon as you wake up, give thanks for at least 17 seconds. (The way you start your day is how your day will go)
* Counter negative thoughts with gratitude. (This would be like if I find myself annoyed, stressed, or even just thinking something that isn't good. My job requires me to deal with a lot of annoying ignorance. When I catch myself just wanting to slap a person, I just start running through the list of things I am thankful for and saying "Thank you for _____. Thank you for _____. Etc. Etc.")
* Create a "Thank you" list and try to add one thing to it daily. (This can be anything. Vision, waking up, food, clothes, etc.)
* Create a list of 300 things you want. Review it daily. When reviewing, say "I am grateful for _____", mentally picture yourself having it and how it feels to have it. (Ideally you would write this near the "Thank you" list. They said that in time things will go from the "want" list over to the "Thank you" list. It is actually very true. Also, they warned that we are not programmed to think that far ahead into the future with the "300 list". As a result, it will get really hard. Just keep pushing out anything. Be as detailed as possible. What kind of car do you want? What color? Rims? Etc.)
2. Pray: I don't like to push my faith on people. Especially since I don't know how to define or classify it. What I tell people is that even if you absolutely hate religion just make sure to speak out loud and talk to "The Universe''. If nothing else I feel like that would help get things out of your head. The truth is that it wasn't until I combined faith with the law of attraction that I started manifesting things with insane quickness. Because of that my sub-steps here will be different. I have one "primary prayer" that is a mile long. It takes about 20 minutes to complete. As with all of the list... You can adjust it to fit yourself. I don't think any list will apply to every single person. That is kind of the beauty of it.
* Talk to God as much as possible even if it is within your head or a quick prayer.
* Before the day is over make sure that you have sent up at least one complete prayer.
* Thank God often.
* Trust God.
On that last one. That in particular was the big game changer for me. I always had at least a fragment of faith with exception to a period where I lost it. I went through a divorce in late 2019 and I think I was just upset about losing my home. Anyway, I would start to slip into old depressive habits but I would catch myself. I would pray and I sincerely believed the reason for all of it was because something better was coming. I was correct. That was the first time that I faced true adversity without fear. I trusted that God had my back.
3. Visualize: They say that this is one of the big ones. Luckily I have never lost my imagination. That is why I realized that I had been doing the law of attraction long before I knew what it was. To clarify, this is literally just imagining yourself where you want to be. It is just a method of feeling like you want to feel. For me, it will sound stupid, but I always operate best when I am "being interviewed" by a reporter about how I got to where I am. I have no clue why my brain has gone there. Maybe because I used to do music and "Behind The Music" was a big new thing back when VH1 and MTV were actually known mostly for music and not reality TV. So, I used to do "Behind The Music" on myself. Either way. I can't knock it.
* Take a moment for visualization. During the vision go the extra step of exploring all of the senses. What do you see, smell, touch, taste, etc...
4. Accomplish Goals: They said that basically this gives you the feeling that you would have when you accomplish whatever it is that you want and that is what it is all about. What you think you become, what you feel you attract, what you imagine you create. Or the whole "you don't attract what you want. You attract what you are" quote.
* Keep a "To-Do" list. Put long term goals on it as well as any little small thing. Make sure to complete at least one thing per day. Even if it is something simple like not cussing someone out.
5. Spread Positivity: See, told you it was on here. This kind of ties in with what was mentioned on that last one. You want to generate some positivity and send it out into the world so in turn it positivity will come back into your life.
* Take the time out of your day to spread positivity. This can be thanking someone for something (past or present) or just letting them know that you appreciate them. Do something nice for someone. Do a good deed. Just spread something positive in some way.
6. Scripting: This is where Steve Harvey rocks it. I had seen some random girl on YouTube talking about how scripting worked for her, and I had been doing it for a little bit before I found that Steve does motivational stuff. He insists that you have to write it down, have a vision board, and ask God for it.
* Start a gratitude journal. Basically, just a journal but in which you can write positive stuff.
* Write yourself letters from the future. Describe what it is like, how you got there, etc.
* Record awesome quotes, thoughts, ideas, or memories.
* Essentially you are building a base for positive reinforcement that you can summon anytime. Plus taking it out of your mind will serve as a vent and help filter out negativity and convert it into positivity.
7. Grow: This one is kind of vague at first. Basically, the idea is to try to expand or "grow" as a person. I tend to focus on directing this one towards my goals.
* Reward yourself. Celebrate accomplishments. Share them with others.
* Try to watch 1 video about faith and 1 about the law of attraction each day. Add them to a playlist. Run through the playlist anytime you can.
* Pre Schedule your future as much as possible. Plan your tomorrow in advance. Imagine a perfect tomorrow and how it would go.
* Read a book or a news article. Just try to grow your knowledge.
-------- Again this one is one that really is going to have to be customized to the person. In my situation the next bullet actually states that I can satisfy this requirement by doing one of my favorite past times... Either find a new stock, read about the company, and categorize it on my watch list, or learn something new cryptocurrency related. Again, a big reason why I love Publish0x---------------
8. Project 3-6-9: I was looking for a gratitude journal and I found this one. I felt like it was worth trying. Nikola Tesla stated "If you only knew the magnificence of the 3 - 6- and 9, then you would have the key to the universe." They go on to explain that math is a universal language. That no matter where you are in the Universe 1+2=3. The power of "2 binary system" is important to understand. It works by doubling the numbers starting from 1. They say it is the biological pattern followed in the development of cells and embryos. That our cells follow this same formula:
1+1=2+2=4+4=8+8=16 (1+6=7), 32 (3+2=5). 64 (6+4=10) and that 10 is equal to 1 because 1+0=1.
-
My guess on as to why it breaks into that alternate equation at 16 is because it is the "2 binary system". So that once it becomes 2 digits it becomes 2 equations? I have no clue. I hate math. It goes on to say: If you look at the entire series it will give you the pattern like 1,2,4,8,7,5 and that if you continue to do this you will never find 3 - 6 - or 9. They are beyond this pattern.
Now if you double 3 - you get 6 and VIA the same formula as above 6+6=12 (1+2=3) and that it goes on forever. You can never get the 9, but if you do the formula with 9 you get 9+9=18 (1+8=9) 18+18=36 (3+6=9). Or that even if you keep just adding 9 to itself you would get 27 (2+7=9) 36 (3+6=9) 72 (7+2=9). No matter how long you do this, 9 will always be the result. So, the theory is that 9 is unique and the most powerful of all numbers.
They go on to say "9 is unity of everything and it is the universe itself". That maybe we are the 3 and the 6? Either way. This is how it works......
* In the morning write down your manifestation 3 times. Hold for 15 seconds. Resume your day.
* In the afternoon, write it down 6 times. Hold. Resume your day.
* Before you go to lay down for sleep. Write it 9 times. Go onto bed.
They say that you can feel the difference in each interval of the day. I also found a girl on YT or IG that said she would write things as "I am certain that I _____". So I added her step of adding the "Certain" to the affirmation. It is also important that when doing any affirmations that you use the tense of already having it. Don't say "I am going to become the lord of the dance" or something like that. You should say "I am the lord of the dance" (I also find that certain profanities top that off nicely lol)
9. Vision board: I guess that all famous and rich people have vision boards. Basically just put what you want on the board. Some say that they use their phone, computers, and anything else as the vision board. I couldn't really write anything about this in the same format as everything else above. Sorry.
10. Positivity Jar: I found this in some kind of journal thing that I got for $1 at a place that sells pallets (More specifically, they pillage all the good stuff out of pallets, toss the crap into bins, and it is $1 no matter what you find). Anyway....
* At the end of each day write down something positive that happened and what you are thankful for. Date it. Put it into a jar.
* I added the extra step of adding a "Quote of the day" onto it - just as a way of saving notebook space.
* 1 year from now start a new jar. Take 1 out of the jar you just finished, read it, add it to the new jar, and later in the day add a new one for today. So now you are adding 2 things per day but reading the one from last year. Continue doing this over and over.
11. Review: With this I read a quote that said something about reviewing your goals twice per day in order to be focused on them. I guess this helps you accomplish them. So I just make sure to knock it out since it is pretty easy. I also will often do the "I Am Affirmations" here. I will just read it as "I am _____" instead of just reading "_____".
12. Track your progress: The entire reason I added this was just because of the 21/90 rule. That it takes 21 days to make it into a routine and 90 days to make it a habit. You would be surprised how hard that list is. I showed myself no mercy, no slack, or whatever you want to call it. If I couldn't 100% say that I did it. I started the counter over. I've been doing this since October and I haven't yet made it to 21 consecutive days.
Anyway, that is my #5 done for today. Hopefully someone out there benefits from it. Again I warn that you will probably have to alter it and make it fit you. I will probably end up changing it again for myself and this is the 6th or 7th edition.
Once again, thank you to the fine creators here at this site and everyone who posts awesome stuff. You all are a blessing. Take care and stay safe!
