Alright guys, I’ve got good news and bad news. I’ll go with the bad news first. I missed out on the CUB airdrop on leofinance! Pains, right? First was the UNISWAP airdrop, now this too. Well, thanks to my pretty tight schedule I tend to miss out on a lot of things! The CUB airdrop actually pains more, reason being that I’m more conversant with the leofinance community than I was with Uniswap before its famous airdrop. That’s by the way!
After I came back to learn about CUB finance and what they are building on top of Binance’s red hot Smart chain, I was quickly impressed. Still gutted I missed out on some free CUB! I took some time to go in deep into the platform and read a couple of articles about what the first Defi project backed by a real community looks like. Lot’s of stuffs to read already! I read many of them, especially the tutorials.
At the time of reading, CUB was valued at over $3 per token, very cheap I Must say! I took my chances and quickly bought $100 worth of CUB from PancakeSwap. About, 28 CUB at this price. I had an array of options what to do with my CUBs.
Just Hold them? Hell no! there are way better options. Binance smart chain allows micro-investors like myself to the beauty of defi without having to pay through their balls. Cheap, fast and flexible; these describes the Binance smart chain as well as CUB finance’s platform.
The blue and white themed platform welcomes users with a natural feel, the absence of overly synthetic colours makes the platform exquisite and yet simple. Easy to understand, it is perfect for every level of DeFi experience. Despite having just $100 worth of tokens, there is a lot to gain for myself.
The liquidity pool offered a good APY, the normal staking platform offered an APY of about 180% at the time I made my decision. However, I chose to stake my CUBs and provide liquidity later, probably when I get to buy more CUBS. After about four days of staking, I’ve earned; well, more CUBs lol.
Still waiting to hear the good news? What’s better than having a true feeling of decentralized finance in a well-organized platform and earning a good percentage of your investment without having to pay outrageous fees? I’ll wait.
