What is due for getting more TIPs?

Well the rule number 1 I would say is the title, get attention with the title.

Rule number 2 is be specific, I really dislike the generic post without sentiment.

I prefer to share my ideas and not to simply write, write and write information I found thousand of times.

Am I looking to technology details ? I will look at very strong technician with strong reputation.

I am really convinced that this is the place to invite people to learn, not to learn directly. If we mix the promotion and the learning

it would be likely not effective.

That's my thoughts...but I expect a lot of comments here.
