Today I will tell you the benefits of sports in our daily lives. Sport is activity that involve physical activities different two groups playing each other even every one interest in sports own field. There are major types of sports in the world every sports give you competition opportunities sport increase your mental and physical health.

 

Sport make health fitness research shows that many of people of people who do not participant in sports they mostly suffers from high blood pressure, heart disease and different issues in life the more you participant in sports the more your healthy life play sport makes you stronger and healthier.

 

As far as I am concerned that in educational institutions must provide sports facilities that students easily participants in sports because sports give the energy and refresh the mind to set the goal and will be understand that how to compete each other. Even though children who always play sport who can gain confidence level ability to set goal,

 

Sport give you team base work on each other in the sense of friendliness. Because that increase the blood circulation in addition education is incomplete without sports. So we must give the awareness about benefits of playing sports to each other.
