The project facilitates the education of new communities from art, fashion, and beyond — while rewarding participants for their creation with a share of the final artwork auction sale.

Nothing. There is no charge to mint an NFT, and the transaction does not incur a gas fee for the user.

How can I best prepare for the drop?

1. Make sure that you have installed a web3 wallet, such as MetaMask
2. Follow the official instructions to add the Polygon network to your wallet using Polygonscan
3. Approve the Polygon network in Metamask
4. You’re ready. Make sure that you enter the waitlist from January 24 in order to participate in the raffle to contribute to the project.

Please note that adidas Originals Into the Metaverse remains an Ethereum mainnet project. The Polygon network provides the opportunity to create artwork to contribute to the final art piece. The final artwork is minted on Ethereum mainnet and royalties paid to NFT holders after the final canvas sale are paid on the Ethereum mainnet.
