This week's Battle Mage rule set challenge was Lost Legendaries in which legendary monsters may not be used but legendary summoners are still available.

Lost Legendaries general strategy...

Well there's not too much to say, other than opt for LEGENDARY SUMMONERS if possible because they give every monster member of yer line up the max buffs as general rule!

Lost Legendaries battle exemplar

The battle below shows a battle featuring the Yodin in a comprehensive victory.

NB I didn't have any LL rulesets come up, so here is a commons only, near enough the same thing!

Mana and rulesets:

  • Commons only
  • Mana 38

  • summoner Yodin - easy choice for the high mana
  • Goblin Mech - A decent common tank
  • Fineas Rage - reach and second tank
  • Serpentine Spy - seeking out opportunity
  • Spark Pixies - high damage and speed
  • Pyromancer - main damage card
  • Celestial Harper - what mana I had left!

The battle...

  • round 1 - I take out the Time Mage, killing that SLOW! But I lose my Mech.
  • round 2 - straight off the bat I take out the Shield Bearer, good riddance! And truthspeaker, chaos knight and the Pelacor
  • round 3 - it's all over!

Final battle analysis

A SIMPLE example of how you simply MUST used legendary summoners, they make the difference!

This blog charts my own strategy and progress, and explores different theories of financial independence and 'extreme early retirement'. It also provides the odd tip on how you might also retire early!
